Mike & I went to the PBR Show!!

Last Friday Mike and I went to the Professional Bull Ride show. It was awesome!! He could get good seats from his former boss... Thanks Val!! . He let us get into the VIP room, we were at the back stage talking to the cowboys, taking pics... it was fun!!

El viernes por la noche Mike y yo fuimos a un show de vaqueros profesionales. El ex-jefe de Mike nos consiguio unos buenos asientos y pudimos ir atras del escenario a hablar y tomar fotos con estos vaqueros famosos, y tambien nos llevo a la sala de visitantes importantes. Fue chevere!!


This is Mike's friend Jim and his wife Jamie. They went with us too, as well as uncle Stanley and Laurie.


This guy is Travis Briscoe, the champion of the night. He won $100,000!!! just in one night!!! only thing he had to do was to ride the bull for 8 sec. hahaha...

Snow Time !!!!!

It is already a tradition for us to go and play in the snow on New Year's Eve. This is the most important thing our kids ask after Christmas. And..... we had a lot of fun!. That day was so nice, it wasn't to cold, a lot of snow at Sierra submit. We were sliding and sliding for 3 hours!! we're lucky to find a good spot to play...


Estamos haciendo la tradicion de ir cada fin de anio a jugar en la nieve en las montanas a 1 1/2 hora de nuestra casa, los ninos no pueden esperar y despues de navidad es lo mas importante para los guaguas, asi que fuimos, jugamos por 3 horas, encontramos un bonito lugar para deslizarnos en la nieve. Fue cheverisimo!!

Christmas 2007

We had an amazing time during Christmas. Mike took the whole week off, so we could do a lot of stuff as family. Our kids were very happy with all the presents they got. Thank you!!

Nicole 12th Birthday!!

Wow, Nicole is 12th already. She is so excited with her birthday because there are many changes in her life now. She's leaving Primary forever.... and she's going to Young Women! We celebrated her birthday at Roller Towne. She invited Savanna and Leslie (best friends) then we had home-made cake (you can tell it is home made, isn't it?) and ice cream. We had fun!
Another exciting thing is that she is going to the Temple for the first time. She's gonna do baptism for the dead. thanks Grandpa Jerry! He set up this plan for our new members in our ward and for Nicole too.

Nicole cumplio 12!! Ella estaba bien feliz con este cumpleanios porque estan pasando muchas cosas nuevas en su vida, como por ejemplo esta dejando la Primaria para siempre y ahora es una mujer joven! Tambien va a ir al templo para hacer bautismos por los muertos por primera vez. El Abuelito Jerry organizo este viaje para el barrio y Nicole. En su cumple festejamos yendo a un sitio de patinar llamado Roller Towne, ella invito a 2 de sus amigas y despues tuvimos cake que yo hice como pueden ver!! y tambien helado. Fue chevere!

Regional Cheerleading - Magic Mountain

Nicole and her squad "Kingsburg Lions" got First place both in Cheer and Dance competition on Dec. 1st. 2007. She was awesome and now they are preparing to compete for Nationals in Las Vegas next Feb. 2008! Way to go Nicole!!!

Nicole y su equipo de porristas que se llaman "Leones de Kingsburg"compitieron el pasado Diciembre 1ro en Magic Mountain y ganaron Primer Lugar en el Cheer y el Baile. Hicierom muy bien las ninas, ahora tienen que prepararse para la competencia nacional que sera en Las Vegas el proximo Febrero 2008. Buena Suerte Nicole.....
